Minimum Qualifications:

 

  1. Graduated from an approved or accredited occupational therapy assistant program that awards an associate degree or a certificate.
  2. Passed the certification examination administered by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT)
  3. Demonstatrates good basic reading, writting and computation skills.
  4. Deminstrates good oral and written communication skills.
  5. Have demonstrated the personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, school personnel and members of the community. 

 

Physical Effort:

 

      Must have the ability to lift and/or carry children 

 

Reports To: 

 

      Principal and/or Special Education Teacher
